Appointment Policy

FOR ONESTOPRX TELEMEDICINE PLATFORM

  1. INTRODUCTION

    This document outlines the engagement expectations, call handling policies, and operational standards required for all practitioners on the OneStopRx platform.

  2. PRACTITIONER AVAILABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

    1. - Practitioners must clearly Update their availability
    2. - While marked available, practitioners are expected to:
      1. Be reachable
      2. Respond to consultation requests promptly
  3. Response Time & Call Routing Policy

    1. - Maximum response time per consultation: Up to 6 minutes total
      1. First practitioner: 3 minutes
      2. Second practitioner: +2 minutes
      3. Third practitioner: +1 minute
    2. - Repeated missed consultations may result in:
      1. Reduced routing priority
      2. Temporary suspension from the active queue
